want is available everywhere except here. When it does turn up locally the price
has doubled, or you're squinting at photographs trying to work out whether it's
real. Ordering it yourself means international shipping that either costs more
than the garment or quietly never arrives.

SIVO exists to close that gap.

We source pieces directly from international brands and markets, handle the
import ourselves, and deliver them to your door in Egypt. No reseller stacking
margin on top of margin. No wondering what will actually turn up in the box.

Each piece is brought in for one specific order, so we can't take it
back into stock. All sales are final, and we don't refund.

Exchanges we'll do where stock allows — but the value stays with SIVO against
another piece rather than going back to your card.

That puts more weight on getting the size right, so: use the size guide, and
message us before you order if you're between sizes. We would much rather spend
five minutes helping you choose than have you stuck with something that doesn't
fit.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, that's different
and it's on us. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll make it
right.
